There is free street parking in front of the house that does not require a permit. Parking spaces are typically easy to find in this neighborhood.

e-Locks:
Check in is a breeze with the use of e-Locks on the front and back doors. After booking you will receive a unique four digit code that will allow easy key-free access to you and all of your group.

Notes:
You will have exclusive access to this second floor apartment. There is one flight of steps in the front of the building to get to this apartment. The outdoor areas are shared with the first floor guests.

Interaction with guests

I do not live at the apartment, and allow guests access using a keypad. If there is an issue that needs to be addressed I am local and would be happy to stop by to help resolve if needed. I am also certainly more than happy to answer any questions through the AirBNB app.

Other things to note

This apartment is the upstairs unit of a duplex. The downstairs unit is also rented on AirBNB as "Greenfield Jewel".
